Creamy Garlic French Loaf
Give this traditional garlic loaf a twist by adding thyme and mozzarella.
Serves 6 | Preparation Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 30 mins
Ingredients
- 1 sachet Knorr Creamy Garlic Veggie Bake
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 French loaf
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 250 g margarine
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Slice the French loaf into 2 cm slices but don’t cut the loaf all the way through
- Mix the sachet contents together with margarine, thyme and mozzarella cheese
- Spread the mixture liberally between the slices
Wrap in foil and bake for 30 min until the cheese has melted
