Chicken, Mushroom and Spinach Pasta
Chicken, mushroom and spinach taste great together and make this pasta dish an old favourite
Serves 4 | Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cooking Time: 15 mins
Ingredients
- 1 box Knorr Chicken Mate Mushroom
- 400 g chicken, sliced
- 200 ml cold milk
- 15 ml oil
- 250 g mushrooms sliced
- 250 g frozen spinach
- 600 ml hot water
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, brown the chicken and mushrooms in oil
- Add the sachet of seasoning spice blend, 600 ml hot water and 200 ml cold milk
- Add the uncooked pasta and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 min, add the defrosted spinach and simmer for another 5 min until the pasta is cooked
